Priceless! I asked her permission to share the comment and possibly write something about it on my blog. She smiled and politely agreed ~ recognizing the funny childhood observation. If I ever leave one single solitary literary legacy, I hope this is it: WRITE IT DOWN! Take the best of today, tuck it away, and keep it for tomorrow! In a month, that amusing childhood observation will be replaced with five more. In a year, an entire trunk is filled.
